Romans 8: 12- 25

.....V21 That’s why I don’t think there’s any comparison between the present hard times and the coming good times....

We all know that a season is an event that occurs over a period of time; seasons do change. My friend, you might be going through the hardest time of your life currently but I want to assure that sooner or later winter has to make way for summer. Weeping may endure for a night but certainly joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30: 5), that’s the design, your seasons have to change.

So I want to encourage you to remain standing through the hardships that you are currently faced with. Put on the whole armor of God and continue to speak and act upon His word. You see friend, for as long as the devil hasn’t clothed with you with the Armor, he cannot stop you from speaking victory over your life and for as long as he cannot take the word of victory out of your mouth he cannot defeat in you in your trying times.

This victory only comes as a result of having faith in God. Faith that finds its subtstance in the hope that even though I am in this difficult period of time, there is coming a day when I will testify of the goodness of God. Like Abraham after he seperated from his nephew Lot in “Lift your eyes now and LOOK FROM THE PLACE WHERE YOU ARE—northward, southward, eastward, and westward; for all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever. And I will make your descendants as the dust of the earth; so that if a man could number the dust of the earth, then your descendants also could be numbered (Genesis 13: 14- 16). Look ahead from the place you find yourself in right now and with an attentive expectation, a head that’s outstreched begin to properly think forward and walk through on and through.

Be like a giraffe and stretch your head and see the glorious times that lie ahead. As a result of the way a giraffe was made, it able to see far beyond it’s current position that it finds itself in. So I want to urge you to see passed your current position and look beyond your hard trials and know that God has a good future and hope for you. You may not be where God wants you to be but remember that you are closer than you were yesterday.
